If you are agency-managed, we are unfortunately unable to provide services under your NDIS plan at this time. Tetra Healthcare is a mobile-first practice — we come to you. Our team delivers services across Brisbane and surrounds, including the southside, northside, and inner suburbs. We work in your home, school, workplace, or community setting — wherever life happens. We also offer Telehealth appointments for eligible services, making it easier to access care regardless of location or mobility. Contact us to confirm availability in your specific area.
A Functional Capacity Assessment (FCA) is a comprehensive evaluation conducted by one of our AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapists. It assesses how your disability or health condition impacts your daily functioning, independence, and participation in life. The resulting report is written to NDIS evidence standards and is commonly used to support your next plan review, justify funding for supports and equipment, or apply for Assistive Technology. If you're preparing for a plan review or feel your current supports don't reflect your actual needs, an FCA is usually the right starting point — and our team can guide you through the whole process.
We support participants of all ages — from young children through to older adults. Our Speech Pathology services, in particular, include dedicated support for children with communication, language development, and literacy needs. Our Occupational Therapists also work with children around fine motor skills, daily living, and school-based goals. We take a person-centred approach regardless of age, and we work wherever your child feels most comfortable — at home, at school, or in the community.
Initial consultations are typically available within 3-4 days of your enquiry. Our intake process is simple: reach out via our contact form or call our intake line, and a member of our team will confirm your eligibility, discuss your goals, and match you with the right clinician. We aim to make the process as straightforward as possible — no long waitlists, no confusing paperwork to navigate alone.
